Emerald Coast POS monitors a 24-hour emergency pager for emergency after hours calls. Calls not covered by maintenance agreements are billed to the user by hourly rates payable upon receipt of services rendered. A 24-hour / 7-day a week emergency help desk support line is available on a yearly basis for an additional charge. Emerald Coast POS also offers a 24-hour, 7-day a week phone support service at an additional charge after the above-mentioned warranties have expired.
